Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?
Monthly retainer plans have no setup fee and run on a rolling basis with 30 days' notice to cancel. Fixed-fee projects are quoted upfront with the full scope agreed in writing before work begins.
Can I switch plans as my business grows?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any billing cycle. If your cost centre count changes mid-quarter, we will proactively recommend the most cost-effective tier.
How are custom Enterprise quotes calculated?
Enterprise pricing depends on the number of entities and cost centres, reporting frequency and integration requirements. After a free discovery call we provide a detailed written proposal within five working days.
Do prices include VAT?
All listed prices exclude VAT, which is added at the applicable UK rate on invoices.
Is there a discount for annual payment?
Yes, clients who pay annually for Essentials or Growth receive one month free compared to monthly billing.
